This Privacy Policy explains how I collect, use, and share your personal information when you visit my website (www.aspirethemes.com) or purchase/install one of my Ghost themes. If you have any questions, please contact me at ahmad@aspirethemes.com.

Information Collection

Website

When you visit my website, I may automatically collect information about your device and how you use the site (for example: browser type, IP address, time zone, pages viewed, referrers/search terms, and interactions). I refer to this as “Device Information.”

I collect Device Information using cookies and similar technologies. I use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use my website and theme demos.

The website and recognized theme demos also use a 30-minute first-party cookie to retain the first recorded referring-source category and entry page during a visit. Purchase links send that context and the link placement to Stripe so I can review how customers reached checkout. This record contains no name, email address, search terms, full referrer URL, or unique visitor identifier. Missing source information is recorded as unknown.

When you make a purchase, I receive your name, email address, and country from Stripe. I refer to this as “Order Information.” I do not store payment details (such as credit card numbers); Stripe processes them securely.

Information Usage

I use your information to:

  • Deliver your purchase (theme files) and send theme updates
  • Respond to support requests and customer inquiries
  • Improve the website via analytics

Information Sharing

I do not sell your personal information.
