6 Newsletter Website Examples Built with Ghost
A newsletter website has to explain what readers will receive and give them a way to try the writing before subscribing. These six Ghost publications show how an introduction, signup form, and browsable archive can work together.
All six are in our customer showcase. We checked their live websites and captured the screenshots in September 2026. Each example includes the publisher’s own content and customizations; linked resources and external services are separate from the theme.
USERWEEKLY
USERWEEKLY presents a newsletter for people working in UX research. Its introduction addresses the difficulty of keeping up with the field, then places the email signup directly below that explanation.
Issue summaries give visitors a sample of what they would receive. Links to resources, a calendar, and interviews provide other ways to explore the publication before subscribing. These are publisher resources, separate from the theme’s newsletter presentation.

Liberating Narratives
Liberating Narratives is Bram Hubbell’s newsletter for world history teachers. Its introduction explains what the posts contain, how to browse the archive, and which material requires a paid subscription.
It also states the newsletter’s planned publishing breaks. These details give a prospective subscriber a concrete picture of the offer. Public posts provide a sample, while the archive and topic tags help teachers find material relevant to their classes.

Econ Dev Show
Econ Dev Show introduces its economic development podcast, newsletter, and blog together. Links to listen, subscribe, and read make the choices explicit for someone visiting for the first time.
The site also separates newsletters from case studies and other resources. This gives a publication more than one point of entry: a reader can sample a case study, browse previous editions, or choose email. Tools and other services linked from the site are the publisher’s own additions.

The Wool Channel
The Wool Channel begins with Clara Parkes introducing herself and the subject of the publication. That personal introduction explains the connection between the writer, wool, and the readers she invites into the community.
Navigation provides routes to learning material, short posts, and community content. Newsletter and membership options can therefore sit within a wider publication, with different entry points for someone who wants to read first or participate more closely.

The Sustainable Investor
The Sustainable Investor introduces its focus on sustainability, strategy, and finance beside a Subscribe button. Below that introduction, subject links organize the wider archive.
The recurring Sunday Brunch series gives readers a recognizable edition to follow, while topic sections provide another route into related writing. This structure lets a newsletter remain part of a browsable website.
Theme: Penang.
Hotel Revenue Insights
Hotel Revenue Insights explains its hospitality focus beside an email signup. Revenue management, branding, strategy, and other topic links then give visitors a way to explore the writing.
Weekly Insights editions appear alongside longer articles, with a dedicated Weekly Newsletter category. Readers can distinguish the recurring digest from subject guides and sample either before subscribing. Services and paid resources linked from the website are the publisher’s offerings.

Make the offer easy to understand
Explain the subject of your newsletter and give visitors a useful sample before asking them to subscribe. Then decide how readers should find older issues: by date, topic, or a dedicated index. Explore Ubud and Penang, or browse more publications in our customer showcase.
